about
Caribbean and Architectural Engineering Solutions, Inc. (CAES) is registered at the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. This allows us to participate commercially with the countries that comprise the Organization of the Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), such as Antigua and Barbuda, Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, St Vincent and The Grenadines, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Martinique and Guadeloupe. Our corporation has two offices: a main office in Puerto Rico and a secondary office in St. Kitts. Being physically located in both countries enables us to be in the “epicenter” of the West Indies, serving as a commercial hop for our neighboring islands. The firm’s international works include, among others, North Carolina (USA), Virginia (USA), Cayman Islands, Haïti, Puerto Rico, Saint Thomas, Tortola, Saint Croix, Sint Maarten, Saint Barth, Martinique, and Aruba.
CAES has been a member of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council), Caribbean chapter, since 2005. Since that date, have worked in several LEED projects, including Retail, Restaurants, Schools, Health Care and Pharmaceutical projects, with innovative use of renewable energies and environmentally friendly “green” concepts.
Our Firm has been recently awarded with a LEED PLATINUM Certification in a new Industrial project (Sartorius Stedim Filters) which received the Puerto Rico Engineers Council’s OUTSTANDING PROJECT AWARD-2012. Later, on 2017, we received the OUTSTANDING ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN AWARD from the Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico for the Plumbing design of PREPANET Hub 787 Building project.
